Cocoberry sets foot in Punjab

Cocoberry, India’s first premium frozen yogurt chain opened its first outlet in the Punjab region. The newly opened outlet will offer the health friendly frozen dessert experience and will lead the newest trend towards eating and living healthier in India.

Cocoberry, which launched its first store in February 2009 in Delhi has earmarked an investment close to Rs 120 crore for expansion in the next three years. It has set a target to grow to about 100-150 outlets over the next two years. The company aims at a revenue of around 25-30 crores during current fiscal year with frozen yogurt.

 

The company is also exploring international markets for expansion and is in advanced stages of finalizing the locations in some South East Asian countries as well as in the Middle East. They are also planning for a joint venture to begin with the international operations and hope to launch 3-4 stores in a new country next fiscal.
