Colgate acquires majority stake in 3 firms

Colgate Palmolive India has acquired 75% shareholding in Advanced Oral Care Products, Professional Oral Care Products in Goa and SS Oral Hygiene Products in Hyderabad.

According to a release issued by Colgate to the BSE today, these companies manufacture toothpaste and have been suppliers for several years.
