The Competition Commission of India is open to considering the allegations against Flipkart and Amazon as separate cases, based on its investigations, a senior official told Business Standard

The two e-commerce giants are currently named in a single complaint, which is being probed by the anti-competition watchdog. “Initially it is the same set of questions that would be asked of both companies.
