Concentrix Corporation has added 19 delivery locations in 13 countries and completed the second phase of IBM's BPO business acquisition.
"The addition of 19 delivery locations across 13 countries has completed the second phase of the acquisition of IBM's global customer care and industry process services business," Concentrix Corporation said in a statement today.
"With over 95% of the acquisition completed, Concentrix continues to advance its position as a leader in the customer care and industry process services market, with over 45,000 employees delivering high value services," the statement said.

"The new Concentrix footprint serves over 10 industries from more than 50 cities with a diverse, talented and highly skilled workforce," Concentrix Corporation President Chris Caldwell said.
The new company provides innovative, high value business services built on analytics, intellectual capital and technology innovation, with a focus on transforming customer experience, he added.
Concentrix continues to invest in all of its locations, and most recently announced the addition of over 1,000 new jobs in Belfast, Northern Ireland, as well as the set-up of a new delivery centre in Varna, Bulgaria.
Existing clients are increasing the scope of work performed by Concentrix, while the company also continues to acquire new clients.
