Concurrent (India) Infrastructure Ltd is venturing into ground handling, maintenance and repairing of aircrafts, the company said in a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange today.
According to the statement, the company is negotiating with an aviation company for acquiring a major stake, which has procured necessary permissions for handling the above works.
