Coromandel inks deal with Foskor

Coromandel Fertilisers has signed business assistance agreement (BAA) and share subscription agreement (SSA) with Foskor, South Africa, for subscribing to 2.5% of its equity.

According to a release issued by Coromandel to the BSE today, the tenure of BAA is three years w.e.f April 1, 2005.
