 Voltas has reported a 43 per cent drop in net profit to Rs 4.30 crore for the three month ended September 30 compared with Rs 7.52 crore in the corresponding period last year.

 Net sales increased marginally to Rs 288.69 crore during the period under review as against Rs 283.40 crore in the corresponding period in the previous year.

 For the first half, net profit increased 41 per cent to Rs 14.49 crore compared with Rs 10.29 crore in the corresponding period last year. Net sales increased to Rs 668.70 crore.
