Cotton King opens 25th outlet in Maharashtra

Cotton King, an attire brand for men, opened its 25th outlet in Maharashtra and 8th in Pune in a span of 5 years. 

 “We offer value-for-money products with a large variety and high quality of 100% cotton category. Our observation is that economies that run on IT have more demand for cotton products so we plan to expand in areas like Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mysore, Hubli, Dharwad and the like," Pradeep Marathe, director, Cotton King, told Business Standard.

 Apart from strengthening its base in Mumbai (Navi Mumbai, Thane and Kalyan), other parts in consideration are Napur, Amravati, Akola, apart from neighboring states like Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. The company recently had an upgradation in its factory running into investments of about Rs 4 crore and another round of investments will be made of Rs 2.5 crore for expansion plans of 25 more outlets in the next one year.
