Crisil Rates Four Firms On Governance & Value Creation

Crisil today assigned the first set of governance and value creation (GVC) ratings to four companies with HDFC Bank, HDFC and Hero Honda making it to the highest grade, while Dabur India was put in the second category.

The Crisil GVC Level 2 rating assigned to Dabur India denoted a high level of wealth creation for all stakeholders while adopting sound corporate governance practices.

HDFC, Hero Honda and HDFC Bank have been assigned Crisil GVC Level 1 rating, indicating the highest level of wealth creation for stakeholders while adopting sound corporate governance practices.
