Electrical equipment manufacturer Crompton Greaves has posted an increase of 25.84 per cent in its consolidated net profit at Rs 112.61 crore for the quarter ended June 30, as against Rs 89 crore posted in the same quarter of the previous year.
Total income for the same quarter has grown by 32 per cent to Rs 2,051 crore as compared to Rs 1,554 crore posted in the corresponding quarter of the earlier year.
Infotech Enterprises net rises 89%
The net profit of Infotech Enterprises, a geospatial technology solutions and data management services provider, grew by 89.36 per cent in the first quarter ended June 30, 2008. Sequentially (QoQ), though, it declined by 5.28 per cent.
The company recorded a net profit of Rs 24.56 crore for the quarter, as against Rs 12.97 crore last year. Infotech recorded revenues of Rs 200.61 crore for the first quarter, as compared with Rs 148.81 crore.
