Crompton hunts for buyouts abroad

 The Rs 1,700 crore engineering major is looking at inorganic expansion opportunity in power systems business which contributes around 40 per cent of the total turnover.

 The company has identified power systems, industrial systems and consumer products businesses as their core area of operation.
