Cryobanks International India, a joint venture between Cryobanks International Inc and RJ Corp, would set up a stem cell-related centre in Hyderabad. This could either be a research or a medical centre, said company’s marketing head Ghazi Aasim.

Speaking on the sidelines a promotional event in Hyderabad, he said the proposed centre would come up in about two years. The company already has three centres in Secunderabad, Hyderabad and Vijayawada and is looking to increase its interactions with various nursing homes.

Cryobanks has set up its storage and processing facility to store 2,00,000 samples at Gurgaon.
