CSC appoints President and MD for India operations

NYSE-listed IT company CSC has appointed Vivek Chopra as the President of its India operations. Chopra replaces Rajendra B Vattikutti, who is retiring. In addition, Krishnaswamy Subrahmaniam has been named Managing Director of CSC’s India operations.

Chopra joined CSC as a division president in August 2008 and was responsible for sales and business development of India operations.

Now, he will manage CSC’s sourcing capabilities from India and other delivery centres, oversee the delivery of applications and remote infrastructure services to clients being serviced from India.

Subrahmaniam will be responsible for operational performance, as well as the management of CSC’s portfolio of service offerings in India.
