To focus on growing its core business of manufacture and sale and marketing of internal combustion engines and generator sets, Cummins India has approved the sale of its Power Generation Rental Business as a going concern for a total consideration of Rs 29 crore to Pune based Aggreko Energy Rental India.
Aggreko is in the business of renting generator sets in India.
