Customer First hooks Apollo Hospitals

Bangalore-headquartered, Customer First Services, one of India's largest domestic BPO firms, has announced it has bagged a contract from the Apollo Group of Hospitals to handle their call centre operations across India.

This will be done via. a specific toll free number, proposed to be termed as 'Apollo Doctors'.

The work done by Customer First will involve information dissemination, resolution of customer queries on various plans, co-ordinating customer requirements with the hospital team and electronic marketing among others. A statement issued by the company said it will cater to emergency services in certain locations.

Announcing the contract with the Apollo Group, Sandip Sen, CEO, Customer First Services, said, "With this tie-up, we have made its mark in the healthcare industry."
