Dabur Pharma - a leading company for cancer research and anticancer products - has got the government nod for change of name of the company from 'Dabur Pharma' to 'Fresenius Kabi Oncology' with effect from January 09, 2009.
Dabur Pharma informed Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) about this today.
The Delhi-based Dabur Pharma was acquired by the Singapore-based Fresenius Kabi for around Rs 1,000 crore last year.
