Dabur wraps up Balsara buyout process

Dabur India, after getting shareholders approval through postal ballot and subequent nod from its board at the meeting held on March 28, 2005, has completed the acquistion process of Balsara Home products today.

According to a release issued by Dabur India to the BSE, Balsara Home products henceforth has become the subsidiary company of Dabur India.
