Media major DB Corp today said its board will meet on April 9 to consider hiving-off its FM radio business, which is run by its subsidiary Synergy Media Entertainment, from the company.
The meeting of the board of directors of the company would be held to consider restructuring proposals by demerger of FM radio business of Synergy Media Entertainment from the company, DB Corp said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The board of directors would also consider merger of Bhaskar Publications & Allied Industries with the company.
