To strengthen its top management and operations, Development Credit Bank (DCB) has appointed four divisional heads with immediate effect. This strategic restructuring initiative would put in place new management skills that will enhance the performance of DCB in the long run," Gautam Vir, managing director and CEO of DCB, said. R Venkattesh of Standard Chartered Bank has been appointed as head (human capital) of DCB. Parag Patankar, senior vice president of PFS Group in ICICI Bank, would take charge as chief operations and technology officer of DCB. Pravin Batra, former country head of corporate banking at IndusInd Bank, will join as head of corporate and business banking in DCB.
