DHL to buy back Blue Dart shares, delist firm

DHL Express (Singapore) Pte, the promoter of Blue Dart Express, has issued a notice to purchase the outstanding publicly held shares of Blue Dart and delist the shares from the stock exchanges.

According to a release issued by Blue Dart to the BSE today, a meeting of the board of directors will be held on August 17, 2006 to take on record the proposal for delisting of shares.
