DIAL to invite EoI for retail space lease at IGI airport

Delhi International Airport today said it will invite expression of interest (EoI) for leasing out retail space at the capital's new domestic airport by the end of this week.

"Of the total 35,000 square metre area developed at the new Terminal IB, as much as 5,000 sq mt has been devoted to retail. DIAL would invite tenders from interested parties by end of this week and expects to complete the process of awarding contracts by next month," Minakshi Sondhi, head, commercial retail, DIAL, said on the sidelines of Technopak Retail Summit.

The firm would also start inviting applications for leasing retail space at Terminal III of the IGI Airport by the year-end.
