DLF to develop convention centre in New Delhi

Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has awarded the project design, development and operation of an international convention ventre, proposed to be developed in Sector 24, Dwarka, New Delhi, to DLF.

According to a release issued by DLF to the BSE today, the centre will be  located close to the international airport in Delhi, and will be designed as per international norms comparable to Suntec Convention Centre, Singapore.

The project, with a land cost of Rs 900 crore, is expected to have a built-up area of approximatley 2 million sq.ft.
