Real estate firm DLF has said it will set up its second IT park here with an investment of Rs 700 crore. The park, spread on 25 acres, would have 2.5 million square feet of IT and ITeS workspace. The company informed the BSE that the project would entail an investment of Rs 700 crore and will be developed in phases. The first phase would be operational by the end of this year or early next year. DLF said that the IT park would cater to the domestic and foreign IT-ITeS companies. The IT park was expected to generate 40,000 jobs, directly and indirectly, the company said in the release. |
