Domestic institutions net buyers of Rs 507cr

Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net buyers of Rs 506.85 crore (provisional) on Friday, according to data released by BSE.

While DIIs made gross purchases of Rs 1,952.45 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 1,445.60 crore.

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 16.01 crore on Friday. While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 4,542.30  crore, gross sales totalled Rs 4,526.29 crore.

FIIs were net buyers of Rs 725.10 crore on Thursday, January 3, according to data released by Sebi on Friday. While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 6,007.10 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 5,281.90 crore.

Mutual funds (MFs) were net buyers of Rs 490 crore on Thursday. MFs made purchases of Rs 1,835.20 crore and sales of Rs 1,345.20 crore.
