Domestic institutions net buyers of Rs 788cr

Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net buyers of Rs 787.92 crore (provisional) today, according to data released by BSE.

While DIIs made gross purchases of Rs 2,475.71 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 1,687.79 crore.

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 702.64 crore today. While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 5,578.80 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 6,281.44 crore.

FIIs were net buyers of Rs 2,420.50 crore on Wednesday, December 26, according to data released by Sebi today. While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 4,727.30 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 2,306.80 crore.

Mutual funds (MFs) were net buyers of Rs 742.50 crore on Wednesday. MFs made purchases of Rs 1,527.40 crore and sales of Rs 784.90 crore.
