Vadodara-based Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited (DPIL), an integrated player in the power equipment and EPC segment, has reported a 21 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 33.45 crore for second quarter that ended on September 30, 2011 of the current financial year as compared to Rs 27.76 crore of the same quarter of last year according to its financial results.
The company has posted a 30 per cent increase in net sales at Rs 456.12 crore as compared to Rs 350.07 crore in the second quarter of the financial year of 2010-2011. The outstanding order book as on September 30, 2011 for the company stood at Rs 1,722.52 crore.
