"We are increasing our number of homeopathic clinics to 63 from the current 53 in various parts of the country in the current financial year," Dr Batra's Chairman and Managing Director, Dr Mukesh Batra, said.
Out of the ten new clinics, two would be opened in Muscat, one in London and rest in the country in cities like Bangalore and Goa, amongst others, he said.
The company would be investing Rs 6 crore in infrastructure for the clinics (excluding the properties) and all the investment would be done through internal accruals, he said.
The company has plans to launch an IPO in next two years, he said.

Dr Batra's also announced opening of the first tele-homeopathic clinic here today.
Tele-Homeopathy involves providing medical consultation and data through an easily accessible telecommunication network (verbal and video communication).
"Tele-Homeopathy will be beneficial for patients as it will ensure patients to get the finest medical aid that is both time and cost-effective," Dr Batra said.
It enables connectivity between the patient, consulting doctor and specialist through interactive video conferencing with critical information and reports of the patient being available online.
Tele-Homeopathy facility would be available in Dr Batra's 25 clinics spread across 16 cities, he said.
