Pharma major Dr Reddys Laboratories today said its promoter has pledged additional 84,000 shares for an undisclosed amount.
Dr Reddys Holdings Private, a promoter group company have pledged an additional 84,000 shares of the company taking the total percentage of shares pledged to 7.06 per cent as on March 9, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Earlier, the promoter had pledged over 1.16 crore shares representing 6.92 per cent stake in the company.
Shares of Dr Reddys Laboratories were trading at Rs 388, up 2.80 per cent on the BSE.
