DSP Merrill open offer at Rs 2,143/shr

SBI Capital Markets, on behalf of Merrill Lynch Holdings (Mauritius), has made an open offer to acquire 5,11,200 shares of DSP Merrill Lynch at Rs 2,143 per share. This was announced in a release issued by DSP Merrill Lynch to the BSE today.

The stock closed at Rs 2,080 on the BSE today.
