DSP Merrill to be delisted from BSE

An extra-ordinary general meeting (EGM) of DSP Merrill Lynch held today considered and passed a special resolution pertaining to delisting the shares of The Bombay Stock Exchange. This was announced in a release issued by the company to the BSE today.
