DTDC in W. Asia

DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd, an Air express & Cargo Co has set up its own apex operations in Dubai to penetrate the courier market throughout UAE & West Asia.

DTDC has entered into a joint venture with a Dubai-based entrepreneur to form DTDC Courier & Cargo, LLC, Dubai (a Limited Liability Company under UAE Commercial Company Law).

The LLC Company has bagged a courier service contract from Emirates Postal Corporation, Dubai for catering to international consignments through DTDC's wide network spread over in south-east Asian nations, USA and UK.

According to Mr. Subhasish Chakraborty, Chairman & Managing Director, DTDC, "DTDC is now committed to create a footprint globally by expanding its international operations to newer territories. This strategic JV in Dubai is a stepping stone to our future international endeavours.This will provide us a gateway for servicing not only to Indian subcontinent & all the cities of UAE from Dubai but will also handle the delivery of all international destinations including Pakistan ".

DTDC Courier & Cargo, LLC, Dubai will handle the entire gamut of operations from servicing the courier and cargo parcels on receipt, customs clearance, sorting and delivery of consignments in India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka with the help of our associate partners .
