Dubai firm to develop Binny Mills' land

Dubai-based property developers, ETA Star, has made its foray in the Indian market with its first residential property development project in Bangalore. The 1.6 million square feet residential complex is to come up on Magadi Road and it has been cleared by the Union ministry of environment and finance.

In addition to Bangalore, the company is also constructing a two million square feet IT Park in Chennai.

Commenting on ETA Star's foray, Abid Junaid, executive director, and Ashraf A R Buhari, director of ETA Star Property Developers said, "ETA Karnataka Estates Limited, has acquired approximately 100 acres of prime land from Binny Limited in Bangalore. One of these prime locations, situated on Magadi Road, has been chosen to earmark ETA Star's first residential property development project in India."
