European aerospace and defence group EADS today said its Airbus division has partnered with Indian firm Airspace Infrastructure and Turkish Airlogic Ltd to form a spare parts and logistics support joint venture in the country.
EADS, through its Airbus division, has established the company Spares Support Solutions India Pvt Ltd (SSSI) in partnership with Airspace Infrastructure Pvt Ltd and Airlogic Ltd, EADS said in a statement.
