Easun Reyrolle raises $50mn via GDRs/FCCBs

Easun Reyrolle, a manufacturer of switchgear and power protection control and automation systems, raised $50 million through a combination of GDRs/FCCBs.

The board of directors, which met on December 5, allotted GDRs for $15 million at Rs 315 per share and $35 million FCCBs at Rs 400 per share.

The funds raised will be deployed to expand the global reach and business through acquisitions.
