Knowledge process outsourcing firm eClerx Services today said its consolidated profit after tax for the year-ended March 31 has risen 12 per cent to Rs 44.58 crore against Rs 39.67 crore a year ago.

</p><p class='TableClas'>For the for FY08, the company had 61 active service agreements with clients, compared to 55 at the end of the Fiscal 2007.</P>
