EDS company MphasiS opens Hyderabad centre

MphasiS, an EDS company, today announced expansion of its India operations with a new centre in Hyderabad.    

Located in Cyber Towers, Hi-tech city, the centre inaugurated today, will initially have 100 seats with a capacity to increase employee numbers, an MphasiS release said here.      

With more than 28,000 employees, MphasiS said it had presence across the country with centres in Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Noida-NCR, Indore, Puducherry, Ahmedabad and Mangalore.     

The Hyderabad centre will be the first in Andhra Pradesh and will begin by providing application services support to clients of MphasiS and EDS, an HP company, globally.     

Jeya Kumar, CEO, MphasiS, said the company hoped to ramp up the Hyderabad centre to 1000 seats over the next 12 months.    

 

"This centre will be a part of our network of centres globally providing applications development and management services and our resources here will work with teams and clients across the world," he said.
