Edserv Softsystems today said it has completed Rs 130 crore fund raising exercise for pan India expansion.
The company has approved the issue of equity warrants worth Rs 10 crore to Dainik Jagran, Edserv said in a filing to the BSE.
"With the approval today of the issue of equity warrants to Dainik Jagran, we completed the originally announced Rs 130 crore fund raising plan for the business expansion," Edserv Chairman and CEO S Giridharan said.
Edserv scrip was trading at Rs 196 on the BSE, up by 2.70 per cent from the previous close.
