Delhi-based IT education company Educomp Solutions has posted a profit after tax of Rs 28.8 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2008. The profit is up 119 per cent from Rs 13.1 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2007. In the same time period, total revenue increased by 151.5 per cent to touch Rs 142.9 crore from Rs 56.8 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2007.
Sequentially, the profits were up 72 per cent from Rs 16.7 crore in the trainilg quarter. Quarter on quarter revenues rose by 106 per cent from Rs 69.4 crore in the previous quarter ended 30 June, 2008.
