Educomp Solutions introduces digital Smartclass CTS in Gujarat

Educomp Solutions Ltd, which is a globally diversified education solutions provider, has launched its digital class transformation system (CTS) in Gujarat. The company has been catering its educational services to around 150 schools in Gujarat and 8000 schools in India.

Speaking on the occasion, Nilesh Gotecha, regional manager, Educomp Solutions Ltd, said “There is an urgent need in today’s knowledge age to supplement traditional methods of learning in classrooms with digital instruction and assessment materials and applications to improve a child's educational experience. Smartclass CTS, our advanced version of our popular ‘Smart class program’ will further empower the teacher with cutting-edge education tools within the classroom to enhance the learning experience.”

 

Talking about the future plans of the company he added, “We are planning to add 100 more schools in Gujarat by end of March 2012. Currently over 8 million children in numerous progressive schools spread in almost all districts in India are studying through Educomp Smartclass program installed in their classrooms. Soon these schools and many more would enjoy the benefits of the Smartclass CTS.”

“To introduce our new technology, we have organised seminars with teachers and schools in Ahmedabad, Surat, Baroda and Rajkot. CTS will make easy learning and teaching for students and teacher both and we are getting a good response from various schools in Gujarat,” he said.
