EID Parry to hive off Parryware biz

The board of directors of EID Parry (India), which met today, has approved a proposal to transfer the Parryware business to a wholly-owned subsidiary.

According to a release issued by EID Parry (India) to the BSE today, the proposal is subjected to the approval of shareholders and regulatory bodies.
