Elder Pharma issues pref shares to Citicorp

With subject to special resolution passed by the shareholders of Elder Pharmaceuticals on February 28, 2005, the company, on May 19, 2005, has issued and allotted 12.80 lakh equity shares and 4.50 warrants to Citicorp International Finance Corporation (CIFC) on preferential basis.

Elder Pharma has said in a release issued to the BSE.
