Elder Pharmaceuticals on Thursday said it had decided to make a proposal to acquire a company in the United Kingdom for about 9.80 million pounds.
The price offered by the company is 6.5 pence per share, it said in a notice to the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The acquisition would be done through the company’s wholly-owned unit in Dubai.
Shares of Elder Pharmaceuticals closed up 1.10 per cent at Rs 416.55 on Thursday on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
