Times Group's Entertainment Network India today said its consolidated net loss for the third quarter ended December 31, stood at Rs 10.67 crore, while it had a net profit of Rs 4.18 crore for the same quarter corresponding year.
Total income of the company dipped to Rs 110.34 crore for the quarter under review, as compared to Rs 134.99 crore in the same period last year.
For the nine months ended December 31, the company recorded a net loss of Rs 43.84 crore, while it had a net loss of Rs 21.28 crore for the same quarter previous year.
Further, Rama Bijapurkar, independent non-executive director, has resigned from the board of directors due to other commitments and pre-occupation.
