Environ, Shell Overseas ink deal for solar biz

Environ Energy Global, a leading solar energy solution provider in
India, has taken over the solar business of Shell Overseas Investments BV in India and Sri Lanka.

Environ employs nearly 500 engineers, and has an office in Sri Lanka.
