Era Infra Engineering Ltd, an infrastructure company, will establish a thermal power plant of 1,200 Mw in Madhya Pradesh, the company said in an announcement to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

</p><p class='TableClas'>In this regard, it has entered into an 'Agreement to Sell' for the purchase of land at Jatwar (Chandia), in Umaria district of the state earlier this month. The company&#39;s share at the BSE today closed at Rs 574.90, down 0.44 per cent from the previous day. </P>
</p><p class='TableClas'>So far the company has primarily been in the business of construction/development of highways, railways, power plant, airports, urban infrastructure and housing etc. The Company is now expanding its horizon in power sector. <BR>&nbsp;</P></p><p class='TableClas'></p></table>
