Engineering and farm equipment major Escorts Ltd today reported 31.5% decline in its tractor sales in October at 5,862 units.
It had sold 8,554 units in the same month last year.
Domestic sales during the month were down 30.6% at 5,832 units as compared with 8,403 units in October last year, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company said its exports in October this year were down 80.1% at 30 units as against 151 units in the corresponding months last year.
