eSeva ties up with marriage portal

eSeva, the one-stop-shop for citizen services by the Andhra Pradesh government, has tied up with TeluguMatrimony.com which is a part of BharatMatrimony.com, an online company offering matrimonial services.

eSeva director R P Sisodia said that the tie-up with TeluguMatrimony.com was part of the state government's efforts to redefine the citizen services.

Prospective brides and bridegrooms can now utilise any of the over 400 eSeva centres in the state to access the services of TeluguMatrimony.com.

At present, the service is available at the 46 eSeva centres in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad and would be soon extended to other centres across the state. Registration with the matrimonial portal can be made at free of cost, he said.

eSeva would soon enter into an MoU to facilitate purchase of Kinetic Honda scooters through its centres, Sisodia added.

S Suresh, head (business) of BharatMatrimony.com, claimed that the portal had emerged the number one matrimony portal in the country.

The portal has user-friendly features for searching suitable matches, adding one's photograph and details.

It is backed by a 24-hour online support desk with high security and privacy policies. The premium services are being offered at a nominal fee, he added.
