Dubai-based engineering firm Essar Projects today said it has bagged a contract from Indian Oil Corporation to implement process safety related improvements at its terminals and depots across the country.
The assignment involves basic and detailed design and project management relating to implementation of various HSE requirements in 109 POL terminals/depots of IOC across the country, a statement issued here said without mentioning the deal size.
The project is expected to be completed within 24 months.
"We will be executing this project on a fast track mode. We are delighted to secure such a prestigious project from IOCL in which EPL can show-case its engineering and project management capabilities," Essar Projects president and CEO Alwyn Bowden said.
