Essar to consolidate logistics

Essar Global (EGL), the overseas investment arm of the Essar group, has floated a wholly owned subsidiary "� Essar Shipping and Logistics (ESLL) in Cyprus "� as part of restructuring and consolidation of its logistics business.

Under the consolidated structure, ESLL will have three operating companies under its umbrella such as Essar Shipping (ESL), Essar Logistics (ELL) and Vadinar Oil Terminal (VOTL).
