Packaging firm Essel Propack today said its seven promoters have pledged a 31.16 per cent stake in the company with the lenders.
In a disclosure to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Essel Propack said its seven promoters have pledged 4.88 crore shares, representing a 31.16 per cent stake.
According to the disclosure, promoter Premier Finance and Trading has pledged a 6.93 per cent stake, amounting to 1.08 crore shares.
Further, other promoters including Ganjam Trading Company (5.79 per cent), Churu Trading Company (5.22 per cent) and Rama Associates (1.98 per cent) have also pledged their stakes with the lenders, Essel Propack added.
